The Igloo-Home Sweet Home

The Igloo is your home for all frozen desserts.  We were proudly created in 2012 right here in Philly, and we continue to be Philly based and owned.  Our mission is to be part of the community and a place for everyone to come together.  We sponsor many of our neighborhood sports teams, schools, and neighborhood organizations.  We show outdoor movies on Friday nights and host local musical talent on Thursday evenings.

We love to cater to a wide range of tastes and have something for every palate.  We offer 10 different soft-serve varieties, including custard, frozen yogurt, ice cream, sorbet, vegan ice cream, and gelato.  Most of our flavors are homemade daily at the shop.

We also sell at least 8 different amazing flavors of traditional creamy hard-scoop ice cream, with vegan hard scoop options.

For the more sophisticated palate, we import Yogorino, the best-selling European frozen yogurt.  If this is more your speed, don't forget to top it off with our decadent imported Italian sauces such as white chocolate, pistachio, or dark chocolate.

Of course, being your frozen dessert home, we also have water ice, warm cookies, and chocolate-covered pretzels!

All of our frozen options are homemade or locally sourced.
