The Igloo is locally owned and we love Philadelphia. We know that Philly is all about neighborhoods, so we name each location after the neighborhood we want to serve. We currently have locations in 2 of the coolest parts of the city. The Igloo South of South is right in the heart of the amazing Graduate Hospital area at 23rd and South and The Igloo Fishtown is on Frankford Ave in the middle of the coolest part of town.
We know Philadelphians want choice, homemade goodness, and, of course, Water Ice.
When it comes to frozen desserts, the Igloo has something for everyone.
For those who like to indulge, we have Custard, Gelato, Ice Cream and Water Ice; For those who like to keep it healthy and want their probiotics in sweet form, we have Yogurt; For those who don’t do dairy we have awesome Sorbets and Vegan Soft Serve and ACAI Bowls.
And best of all, all options are Soft Serve and Self Serve so you can mix ’em up anyway you want. Our goal is for everyone to have fun, and keep everyone happy.
Most of our frozen products are homemade at each shop and many of our premium toppings are imported from Italy. Come check out our exclusive Igloo Pops, made fresh each day, Coffee Custard Shakes (with 2 shots of espresso blended into our premium custard), Soft Serve Affogatos, and our famous homemade Greek Yogurt!
In 2018, we introduced Warm Cookie Bottoms, Fresh Baked Churro and our Igloo Exclusive Churro Cones. Fresh baked daily, these are our pride and joy. They are delicious and the talk of the town.
